If required, face to face consultations may be arranged for individuals needing additional support, translation or in person assessment. Please contact us directly to request this.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

• Consultations must be booked and paid in advance.
• Any ongoing treatment (including prescriptions, follow up bloods, or medication costs) will be outlined and charged separately via our all inclusive subscription service.
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
• Missed appointments and short notice cancellations will be charged at the full consultation rate.
• Late arrivals that prevent completion may require rescheduling & may incur further charges.
